INGREDIENTS: Bananas, Gluten Free Flour Blend (Rice, Potato, Tapioca, Maize, Buckwheat), Raising Agents (Mono-Calcium Phosphate, Sodium Bicarbonate), Thickener (Xanthan Gum), Dark Maple Syrup, 100% Peanut Butter, Ground Cinnamon, Sea Salt, Lemon Juice.

I always choose organic and Fair Trade bananas wherever possible.
